Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ElevateMe.org. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Orders for regular store items are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders for custom items ship when the item has been completed and may take up to 30 days dependent on the customizations requested. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
ElevateMe.org ships to addresses within the continental United States. Including P.O., APO/FPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
ElevateMe.org is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ElevateMe.org is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the continental United States
Digital Goods:
We have a 15 day money back, no excuses policy regarding our paid digital courses.
*Live steamed or In Person courses/workshops fall under our Services return policy.
Products:
You have 15 days to return unopened and unused general store products. This excludes jewelry items as they are one of a kind. There are NO refunds on custom made enhancements ordered/purchased. Products must be returned unopened and unused in order for you to obtain a full refund. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return of purchased items. Products that have been damaged by the customer or were deemed undesirable upon arrival will bear a surcharge of 15% of the original purchase price. 85% of the purchase price will be reimbursed to the customer for such returns.
After 15 days, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the products immediately upon arrival to ensure their satisfaction prior to the close of the return window.
Services:
Our Services include counseling, coaching, education, energy medicine, and live streaming or in person workshops and engagements. Due to the nature of our work there are NO REFUNDS offered for these interactive services. In some extreme circumstances we will review a dispute of services that falls within a 15 day window. If the dispute cannot be amicably arbitrated, the customer may receive a partial refund or in kind service to satisfy the dispute . Each service dispute will be thoroughly reviewed and, if applicable, refunded in part or in full on a case by case basis.
